Stone Ram uses its TZM Recorder to collect details of your environment in a .zip file. When the file has been uploaded to our assessment portal, we will produce a detailed Stone Ram report, which covers:

- Daily/weekly backup volumes and client capacity
- Backup software configuration compared to best practice
- Backup policy/job schedules and configurations, with details of schedule and backup window overlap
- Architectural infrastructure analysis
- Current data volume and usage analysis
- Data throughput capacity, including what’s achievable on existing hardware
- Backup performance and throughput analysis
- Backup reliability, including identifying reoccurring issues
- General software configuration review
- Client and server backup software version and patch levels
- Device/memory and network buffer settings
- Media and device management.
