Stone Ram is a young, vibrant Software Development Company that Specialises in Recovery, Assessment and Migration tools and methodologies for Enterprise Data Protection applications. We provide Tools and Support services to partners globally from our UK based office.
The Ideal candidate is someone who can find innovative solutions to problems. You need to look beyond the instructions on how something should be used and be able to work out how else it can be used.
The role:-
You will be involved in aspects of a a products life cycle
conception,
research,
design,
implementation,
testing,
support.
Requirements
Degree educated in a technical subject (eg Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc)
Experience of software development, either through industry, academia or personal hobbies.
Must have knowledge of Perl, C, C++
Ideally knowledge of the following ( Python, HTML, PostgreSQL)
Excellent communication skills
Happy to interact and deal with customers via phone and email.
